Kate Rosin, a freelance writer and editor, has held editorial positions with KidNimble.com, GoCityKids/ParentsConnect.com, the New England Board of Higher Education, the Office of News and Public Affairs at the University of Pennsylvania, and Morgan-Rand Publishing. She has also served as a counselor in various residential treatment programs for mentally ill adults.

Kate’s writing has appeared in Grown & Flown, Parent.co, Mamalode, KidNimble.com, GoCityKids/ParentsConnect.com, Connection: New England’s Journal of Higher Education and Economic Development, and the Philadelphia Daily News. In addition, she is the author of the unpublished novel Made for TV, which offers a glimpse into the comical, chaotic lives of three would-be TV writers, and Crazy Eight, an unpublished non-fiction narrative that recounts her experiences working with the mentally ill residents of a Massachusetts group home.

A native of the Philadelphia area, Kate currently resides in Wayne, Pennsylvania with her husband, two daughters, two dogs, and the occasional foster child.
